She is the Director of Social Solutions (Mind and Behavior) Institute, Children Skills Development Programme and National Theater Institute. And also she is the Secretary of the Drama Board of Institute of Sinhala Culture and Vice President in International Theater Institute-IPF.

She started her professional carrier in media at Sri Lanka Broadcasting cooperation and got popular as a news Reader at Sri Lanka Rupavahini Cooperation and ITN.

She studied Gurukula Maha Vidyalaya and proceeded further studies at Colombo University, Wisdom academy in India, Anugraha College in India.

She serves her service to government and non-government institutions on various areas such as Human Empowerment, Child and Family Counseling , Mentality, Attitude and personality Development, Mind Reading ,Drama Therapy…etc.

In Addition to above she has written and published several books on various topics in Human Empowerment.
