Children skills development programme is a non-profit generating organization was established in 1998. We identify children hidden talents and enhance their skills in order to develop their leadership and personality. The organization is giving the opportunity to the students to show their talents in Sri Lanka as well in other countries. We mainly conduct programmes in the ages between 7 and 18 years.  There are more than 150,000 all island members who have taken membership in our organization.

ළමා කුසලතා සංවර්ධන වැඩසටහන යනු 1998 දී පිහිටුවන ලද ලාභ නොලබන සංවිධානයකි. ළමයින්ගේ සැඟවුණු කුසලතා හඳුනාගෙන ඔවුන්ගේ නායකත්වය සහ පෞරුෂය වර්ධනය කර ගැනීම සඳහා ඔවුන්ගේ කුසලතා වැඩි දියුණු කරමු. මෙම සංවිධානය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ මෙන්ම වෙනත් රටවල සිසුන්ට තම දක්ෂතා පෙන්වීමට අවස්ථාව ලබා දෙයි. අපි ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් වයස අවුරුදු 7 ත් 18 ත් අතර වැඩසටහන් පවත්වමු. අපගේ සංවිධානයේ සාමාජිකත්වය ලබා ඇති සියලුම දූපත් සාමාජිකයින් 150,000 කට වඩා ඇත.
